We are super proud to be involved in Neighbours in 2024 where the Boronia store was featured in an episode with Jane trying on wedding dresses.
We have also had our gowns featured in 2 seasons of MAFS
Connie & Jonathan and Tori & Jack wore gowns from Miss Bella Bridal
Q2. Tell us about your business.
Miss Bella prides itself on offering brides-to-be affordable bridal gowns that do not compromise on quality and style. Whether you like the minimalistic look or you are making a dramatic statement, we invite you to come into our stores and try on our beautifully crafted and elegantly designed gowns and work collaboratively alongside our bridal consultants to find you your dream dress. Samples are in sizes 2-36 and we can even do some gowns custom measurements.
Q3. Do you have a specialty?
Our specialty is that we listen to the bride and work with them to find their dress. We use quality fabrics with all our gowns.
We also do all our alterations in-house with qualified seamstresses. These ladies can work miracles on your dress, so if you have a vision then we are more than happy to chat with you to see how we can help make that happen.
Q4. What do your clients LOVE about you, your products, or services?
Our clients love our service and the experience they have while they are at the shop. They love that we are solutions-based and can work within their budget and timeframe.
Q5. What’s something you’d love brides/grooms to know about you?
We want to work with as many brides to make their dreams come true. We are more than happy to offer extended payment plans to ensure that you get what you dreamed of! It all starts with a conversation.
Q6. Are there any assumptions people might make that may prevent them from reaching out?
People may assume that because we are a small store we don’t have many dresses. Yes, we have dresses that we display, but we have access to hundreds more that aren’t on display through our designer Justin Alexander that we can pull from or help create for you in-store with what we have.
Q7. Tell us a challenging situation you dealt with. What was the outcome?
Of course, occasionally we have had people who haven’t been happy with a dress or an alteration, but we always talk through what is wrong and work on a solution to fix whatever they are concerned about. It’s about managing everyone’s expectations along the way to ensure a positive outcome.
